Legal basis and Benin
Azyvora must process personal data in line with Benin's Digital Code and applicable requirements of the Personal Data Protection Authority. A declaration or APDP formality may be required before public launch.
Sharing
Data may be shared with required providers such as hosting, transactional email, storage, payments, security analysis and legal compliance services.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Benin or UEMOA. Azyvora must frame these transfers with appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards.
