A delivered digital resource may be difficult to return. Requests are reviewed based on the reported issue, actual access and applicable license.
Eligible reasons
A refund may be reviewed for non-delivery, unusable files, misleading descriptions, duplicate payments or confirmed fraud.
External payments
Refund timing and fees may depend on the payment method and provider involved. Crypto transactions may have specific technical or reversibility constraints.
Disputes
Buyers and sellers must provide useful evidence to support. Azyvora may temporarily hold a payment during review.
